Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened skincare products, including ClearSkin pimple patches.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
