REFUND POLICY

Welcome to ClearSkin. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, review the policy below to understand your options.

1. RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

2. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Opened skincare, gift cards and downloadable items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. REFUNDS

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

4. EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

5. SHIPPING RETURNS

  • Use the address provided in our approval email.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless our error.
  • Keep proof of postage and tracking.
